Palouse Speed Academy is a USATF-certified track and field club serving the Palouse region in both Washington and Idaho. We train youth athletes from age 6 through high school, plus open and masters competitors.
Our coaching staff brings professional-level expertise to every session. We don't just run laps — we develop athletes who compete with precision, execute under pressure, and qualify for bigger stages.

USTFCCA certified coaches and former Division I track athletes with degrees in Exercise Science and Education. Proven experience coaching at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels.
Ages 6 through adult. From developmental athletes to Junior Olympic qualifiers.
Full USATF Junior Olympics pathway — local meets, Association Championships, Regionals, and Nationals. Top 12 advance from Association to Regionals; top 5 advance to Nationals.

Open tune-up meet. Get your first official marks on the board and shake off nerves before the qualifying season begins.
Official USATF association meet. Post competitive marks, gain experience in a sanctioned environment before JO qualifying.
The Junior Olympics qualifier. Top 12 finishers per event and age group advance to Region 13 Championships in Tacoma.
Regional championship for WA, OR, ID, MT, AK, HI. Top 5 finishers per event advance to the National Junior Olympic Championship.
The national stage. The ceiling of the Junior Olympic pathway. PSA supports all athletes who earn their spot here.
Season begins June 1. Registration is open now. $150 covers the full season with singlet included — just bring your USATF membership and show up ready to work.
